Breakfast

We welcome the crew, cast, agency and clients with big smiles, the smell of fresh brewed coffee and freshly cooked and prepared ‘Full English’ ’and ‘Continental’ breakfast offering alternatives to milk, such as soy and almond milk.

Fried, scrambled or poached free range farm fresh eggs, Lincolnshire sausages, smoked streaky bacon, grilled tomatoes seasoned with ‘Herbes de Provence’, pan fried hash browns, sautéed mushrooms (in butter or olive oil), Heinz baked beans, Scottish style black pudding, toast, bread rolls, olive oil fried bread( all bread now comes in gluten free if desired) ,organic blueberry porridge.

If requested beforehand, Specials could include breakfast burritos with huevos rancheros, black beans and smashed avocado, scrambled egg with smoked salmon, freshly made omelettes, kedgeree or smoked haddock, spinach and poached egg. 

You can help yourself to freshly brewed fair trade coffee, herbal teas and infusions set up on a table outside, along with Copella apple and orange juice, luxury muesli and granola, a selection of cereals, fruit and Greek plain yoghurts, croissants pain au chocolate. jams, danish pastries, biscuits and a bowl brimming with fruit.

 

 

Lunch

We tailor our menu to suit the season and weather conditions. In cold weather hot stews, soups and curries are created to sustain everyone’s warmth and comfort whilst working. In summer we create lighter foods packed with flavour such as grilled seafood and meats, which can be consumed and digested with ease; we think beyond just the taste, we consider your health too. All our food is freshly prepared on the truck. We can cook virtually anything you like, within the confines of time and cost.

The lunch menu includes a comprehensive buffet table with

  • three or four seasonal, delicious and freshly made salads. 
  • Hummus and Taramasalata or other dips with warm pitta bread. 
  • A cold meat platter of delicious cured Italian and Spanish meats with olives and caper berries.
  • A cheese board of beautiful cheese, both from England and abroad with a selection of cheese biscuits
  • Freshly baked bread and butter

It’s a banquet fit for a King that will be sure to leave everybody salivating before lunch and looking forward to the next meal.

Lunch Menu Example #1
  • Organic roast belly of pork on a bed of root vegetable mash, drenched in a rich red wine gravy served with spiced red cabbage and petit pois
  • Thai green king prawn and vegetable curry on a bed of Basmati rice with fresh coriander and lime
  • A vine cherry tomato and fresh made pesto puff pastry tart drizzled with balsamic vinegar
  • A chocolate and orange bread and butter pudding, fruits of the forest individual cheesecakes with cream or custard.
Lunch Menu Example #2
  • Roast free-range chicken, fresh from the farm, fresh sage and onion stuffing, roast Vivaldip Potatoes, steamed organic carrots and broccoli.
  • A seafood, fennel and saffron risotto with shards of parmesan 
  • Spinach, feta cheese and roasted pine kernel lasagna with fresh thyme
  • Treacle Roly Poly
  • Crema de Bosca
  • Double Cream or Custard 
Lunch Menu Example #3
  • Roasted organic lamb shank with saffron and Moroccan spices on a bed of couscous with north african ginger curry of mediterranean vegetables
  • Luxury fish Pie: A white wine reduction, with cream and fresh dill herb, with a whole array of seasonal seafood, normally including fresh saffron mussels, organic salmon, cod and king prawns with a creamed potato topping served with steamed broccoli and Vichy carrots
  • A wild mushroom and tallegio cheese risotto, topped with shards of parmesan
  • Apple and rhubarb crumble tart
  • Death by chocolate
  • Double cream or custard

 Afternoon Tea

For afternoon tea we supply a delicious buffet of:

Freshly cut sandwiches: with delicious fillings for example:

  • pesto Chicken salad
  • Pastrami, Dill Pickle and Dijonnaise
  • Cheddar and Sun dried Tomato
  • Free Range Egg and mustard cress etc etc.

Savory Platter: sausage rolls, mini cornish pasties,  Scotch eggs, Melton Mowbray  pork pies and mini sausages served with English mustard

Crudités Platter: Red yellow and green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, fennel and endive for dipping in salsa or other tasty dips.

Fruit Platter: melon, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, plums, strawberries, passion fruit and physalis, all cut up for your delight.

Cake Platter: Delicious selection of cakes and danish pastries.

Big Bowl of Chocolates: needs no explanation!

Late Break

For Late Break we can supply various options.

Soup and Sandwiches   

Pizza Break – we can throw some pizzas in the oven for you, cut them up and arrange them on platters for very little charge.

Hot hand held: A selection of the following, given availability and time frame.  Chicken fajitas or beef tacos, BBQ ribs or chicken wing, samosas and onion bhajis with a fresh mint rhaita, pizzas and cornish pasties, Spanish tortillas, breadcrumbed prawns with a sweet chilli dip, goujons of fish with freshly made remoulade, chocolate pancakes or strawberries and Cream

Bowled over

Pasta break: A bowl brimming with organic beef lasagna, spinach and smoked salmon tagliatelle or penne neapolitan with side orders of garlic bread and mixed salad with Italian dressing.

A cheese board and cut fruit platter are also included.

Curry Break: A bowl brimming with chicken korma or lamb rogan josh, saag-aloo or aloo-gobi, Prawn curry or Goan shark curry all served with Basmati rice, poppadum, naan bread, pickles and mango chutney

Mexican Break: Chilli con carne, mixed fish brochette with mango salsa or vegetable chilli topped with sour cream, guacamole and spicy tomato salsa plus mixed salad and quesadillas.

Best of British: A bowl brimming with cottage or shepherds pie, cauliflower cheese or macaroni cheese goujons of cod with fresh tartar sauce, mash and peas.

       Full supper break: The same as lunch, but with one hot dessert and one mixed salad.
